2025 Classes

Our 2025 Fall Class session starts up September 10 & 11, Wednesday and Thursday nights.

Conformation Handling class will be Thursday nights at 6:30pm. Learn to show your dog in the breed ring, socialize your puppy and accustom your dog to the dog show environment. This is a walk in class and preregistration is not required, but suggested. Cost per class: Members: $3, non-members $5. For more information contact Corliss at coedbakanas@gmail.com

Intro to Dog Sports classes introduce your dog to basic Obedience, Rally, Agility, Scentwork and Tricks! Earn your CGC and Novice Tricks titles! Two separate classes are offered on Wednesday night or Thursday night, both at 7:30.

On Wednesday nights starting September 10th we’ll be offering an 8 week Novice/Intermediate Rally class at 7:30 and an 8 week Advanced/Excellent/Master Rally class at 6:30 These classes are geared towards competition in Rally, and as such you must have previously taken our Intro to Dog Sports class, earned your CGC or have otherwise trained your dog in basic obedience.

Not interested in dog sports but just want your dog to behave? On Thursdays starting September 11th we’ll be offering a Beginner Novice/Novice obedience class at 6:30. The class will cover all basic obedience exercises.

On Wednesday nights starting September 10, we’ll be offering a Novice Scentwork class. This class will cover all the basics to get you and your dog started in scentwork and will introduce containers, exterior and interior searches.
